How do I update the shipping method on my order?Updated 7 months ago

    

If your order has not shipped nor is in the final stages of processing, we can assist you with making changes to the shipping method.

  •  Start an online chat from the bottom of the page. If it is after hours, leave a chat message, and we will handle your request and respond by email. 
  • Provide us with the order number and your email address. 
  • In addition, please let us know the desired shipping method.
  • In order to change the shipping method, the original order will be canceled, with a full refund credited to the original payment method, and a new order will be generated with the desired shipping method.
  • A link to the new order is emailed for you to confirm the updated shipping method. To complete the shipping method update, enter a payment method and checkout. Chock full o'Nuts does not retain credit card information.
