Updating Delivery Information on Shipped Domestic Parcels

On international shipments, delivery addresses are not able to be updated at this time.
 

UPS Parcel Rerouting
If the order was shipped by UPS, using the UPS app or online login at www.UPS.com, you can request:


US Postal Service Parcel Rerouting
If the order was shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS), eligible packages can be directed to a different domestic address.  If it is to a different ZIP code, this will may require additional postage. Not all packages can be rerouted. 

  1. Submit your request online after logging in with your www.USPS.com account. 
  2. You'll be provided an estimated total (intercept fee plus estimated Priority Mail® postage, if applicable). 
  3. The Postal Service will then attempt to intercept and redirect the shipment.

We understand this can be frustrating when your order exceeds the estimated delivery date. Delivery estimates are based on working days, Monday through Friday.

Delayed parcels typically are delivered within 1-3 additional working days. 

Occasionally packages may have been physically delivered while tracking information indicates the item(s) have not yet been delivered. If your order was delivered to a PO Box or parcel locker but is missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check the address information: Verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided for the PO Box or parcel locker. Ensure that the address is correct and matches the details you provided during the checkout process.
  2. Shows delivered to a PO Box: If your order was delivered to a PO Box, contact your local post office directly. Provide them with the tracking number or any other relevant information regarding your package. They are in the best position to assist you and locate the parcel. They have the ability to check additional records and investigate the situation further.
  3. Shows delivered to a neighborhood parcel locker: In the case of parcel lockers, it's possible that your package may have been placed in a neighboring locker by mistake. Reach out to the respective locker owners and inquire if they have received your package by accident. In addition, you may ask your mail carrier about the issue, and they may be able to assist you.

The process for resolving issues with PO Box or parcel locker deliveries may vary depending on the postal service or courier used. We recommend contacting the appropriate service provider first. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation if you are unable to make progress with the courier.

At this time, we currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.


Shipping to Canada:

Free Shipping is not available to addresses in Canada.

Hills Bros. has contracted with UPS for all shipments to its customers in Canada and all orders will be sent using UPS Standard. UPS can only deliver to a street address. NO PO BOXES. Shipping charges will be paid when you place your order. You will have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase including the shipping charges before you confirm and place your order.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes on goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee may also be charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the customer’s behalf.  All shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of an order are the responsibility of the customer.  Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery . You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, if applicable, unless the wrong product is delivered.

APO/FPO Boxes:

As a courtesy to our Service Members we do ship to APO/FPO boxes. Please follow the directions outlined below or feel free to contact us at 844-365-2739. You will need to create an account when placing your order, making sure the address under the "Customer Information" section is the same as the address on your credit card billing statement. When prompted for the "Ship to" address, enter EComm (for first name) and Clerk (for last name), 1201 Enterprise Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434. Entering this address informs the shipping clerk the order needs to be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. In the "comment" section, please provide the recipient's name and APO/FPO address. Customers will be charged the UPS shipping costs as calculated within the shopping cart. Postal rates are actually more and Hills Bros. pays the difference. We appreciate all that our troops do to keep our country safe.

* Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Kauai Coffee will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

** Delivery time frames on international orders are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance can substantially increase the time to delivery.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

  2. Check with household members or neighbors: Sometimes, a package may be delivered to a different household member or a neighbor. Reach out to family members or neighbors to see if they have received the package on your behalf. In addition, thoroughly check various doors and garage/parking spaces where the parcel could be, as it may have been left in a secure location around your property by the carrier.
  3. Wait for a few days: In most cases, the delivery status may be updated prematurely, and the package will be delivered in the next working day or two.
  4.  Contact the carrier: If the package is still not found after checking with household members and waiting for a reasonable time, get in touch with the shipping carrier. Provide them with your tracking number and explain the situation. They may be able to provide additional information about the delivery, such as the exact location or proof of delivery.
